Hey Tablers!
Thanks again for another fantastic round at The Table this month! As always, you showed up with insight, wins, questions, and kindness—and this month’s question of the day (“What’s your superpower?”) brought out a common thread: we’re all aiming to lead with empathy, presence, and service. That’s the true magic.
Below is your full recap in T.A.B.L.E. format:
T – Tips, Tools & Tricks
- Kindness really is a superpower – simple actions can leave lasting impressions.
- Client Perspective Reframe – Ryan P. reminded us: we’re not the hero, the client is. When you shift your mindset to guide and empower rather than impress, everything changes.
- Book Recommendations:
- The Velvet Rope Economy – suggested by Karen.
- Atomic Habits – still a go-to for shifting behavior through small steps.
- Robert’s Rules – a helpful tool for structured, efficient meetings- brush up on ‘em!
A – Actions, Achievements & Applause

- Bailey’s 5/3rd branch was ranked #1 in Customer Experience—huge accomplishment, and well-deserved!
- Dasa wrapped up their very first deck—congrats on a major step forward!
- Angi & Chloe completed District 6 Leadership Training—showing up and leading by example.
- Ella made the move from Illinois to St. Pete and started at Hydrus Connect—welcome to the neighborhood!
B – Bitchin’ & Botherin’
- Discussion broke out on what to do during a meeting if one of the guests starts to dominate the conversation, it was a good reminder to set tone and expectations early, especially with new visitors.
- Some folks still working on time boundaries—if something starts to run long, it’s okay to lovingly guide things back on track.
- Angi gave a great example of quiet leadership by sending a handwritten card to someone who was struggling—sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply show up.

This month reminded us that while we all have different strengths, our shared power lies in how we serve, support, and lead. Whether you’re helping someone navigate a transaction, a tough day, or a life change—you’re the steady hand they’ll remember.
See you next month,
